As a sensitive person emotions are my first language and I am absolutely fascinated by the mind-body connection.  

My first love has always been the natural world and I'm happiest in a wildflower meadow or bluebell woods, as long as I can come home and curl up with a good book! 

As a homeopath I've always had a special interest in mental health. I had depression in my 30's and it was the homeopathic process and the medicines I was given that transformed my life, from dark times to a return of hope and freedom. 

 

Qualifications:

I graduated from The Centre for Homeopathic Education in 2012 with a first-class BSc degree with honours and a licentiate in Homeopathy

I have run a private family practice in Kent UK since 2012 with most experience being in: Allergies, Mental & Emotional Health, Gut Health, Insomnia & Fatigue, Children's Health, Lowered Immunity and Chronic Pain.
