Setting up Your First Consultation - How it Works
Booking your consultation is easy:
1. First just click here & you will be taken to my online booking site
2. On the booking site you will need to select your preferred day/time from my calendar.
3. Finally, you will be asked to fill in a brief registration form & to read through our client/therapist agreement; before paying via Stripe (email me if you need an alternative payment option).

Your Consultation Fee Includes:

​​A detailed & individualised treatment plan - I am an avid researcher & I take a great deal of care over each case. I will offer you an insight into your treatments & explain the process as we go.

Accessing the Homeopathic Remedies from your Treatment Plan

If you are UK based: A basic homeopathic prescription is included in the fee and will be posted directly to you (If you have more complex needs there may be additional charges, but I will always discuss this with you before an invoice is sent).

If you are non-UK based: Your homeopathic prescription will be delivered to you, but the pharmacy fees and shipping costs are payable by invoice following your consultation.

Reduced Fees may be available If you live locally (ME8 postcode) and/or are having financial difficulties; email me directly with the details of your symptoms to find out more.
Consultations - What to Expect
Homeopathy is Simple...
Asking for help is the hard bit... But, I believe our homeopathic consultations are a collaboration. Together we will discover the patterns and stories behind your symptoms. I will offer you the tools to improve your health and you will guide us by reporting back on your progress.

3 Steps to Getting Started:
1. Email me: Tell me about your symptoms and we'll talk about your treatment options, costs and time frames.
2. Book your first consultation either via email or via my online calendar
3. Relax and wait for your homeopathic remedies to land on your doormat!

Initial Consultation

Whether we meet online or in-person your confidential consultation will feel like a relaxed conversation.

I will be listening to your health concerns & aiming to understand the impact this has had on you.

We will look at the possible causes & triggers of your illness.

The Prescription
This will be posted to you a day or so after your consultation* and will include a note explaining how to take your medicines and one, or a combination of, the following natural medicines*:
Homeopathic Medicines, Herbal Blends, Nutritional Tissue Salts or Flower Essence.
*UK only - Please note non-UK clients will have their homeopathic remedies shipped directly from the pharmacy (which will take more time).

Follow-Ups
At the beginning of treatment these sessions take place every 2-4 weeks (depending on the severity of your symptoms).
During these sessions we will talk about your progress & make any necessary adjustments to your prescription.
Children & recent flare-ups may only require 2-3 visits.
Most of my registered clients visit once every 6-8 weeks or just 3-4 times a year.
