The Consultation - What to Expect
Homeopathy is a process where-by the body is stimulated to heal itself, so your healing is as unique as you are. I am here to support you and guide you through the process.

During your confidential consultations we will talk through your health concerns in detail.

Once I have a clear understanding of your symptoms we will agree the treatment path.

Your prescription note & medicines will be posted to you a few days after your consultation (or you may collect these directly from me if you're local).

Your note will contain the steps you can take to feel better. I will explain the whole process as we go along.

Your natural medicines may be homeopathic, herbal, flower essence and/or nutritional tissue salts.

You can contact me via email if you have any questions about your treatment.

Follow-ups will usually be scheduled every 3 - 6 weeks where will review your progress & make adjustments to your prescriptions as needed.

How Many Consultations Will I Need?
Usually you will notice an improvement in your general well-being (sleep, mood, energy) within the first three sessions, children will often need only one or two sessions per ailment.
However, please be aware that if your condition has multiple symptoms & you've suffered for many years then we may need to review your progress regularly over the course of a few years.
